La resoluci\u00f3n se alcanz\u00f3 mediante un acuerdo de <strong>juicio abreviado<\/strong> impulsado por la Unidad Fiscal de Flagrancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El hecho ocurri\u00f3 el pasado <strong>3 de junio alrededor de las 18:00 horas<\/strong>. Al ingresar al local, Quiroga fue reconocido por un guardia de seguridad debido a que <strong>ya hab\u00eda protagonizado otros episodios de sustracci\u00f3n<\/strong> en el mismo comercio, lo que motiv\u00f3 que vigilaran sus movimientos a distancia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan la investigaci\u00f3n, a cargo del fiscal Francisco Micheltorena y la ayudante fiscal Liliam Mari, el sospechoso se dirigi\u00f3 al sector de electrodom\u00e9sticos y tom\u00f3 la caja del destornillador. Utilizando un <strong>cutter que llevaba oculto<\/strong>, cort\u00f3 el embalaje para <strong>retirar el sensor de seguridad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"503\" height=\"815\" src=\"https:\/\/diariocolon.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/image-39-e1780765921225.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12399\" srcset=\"https:\/\/diariocolon.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/image-39-e1780765921225.webp 503w, https:\/\/diariocolon.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/image-39-e1780765921225-185x300.webp 185w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 503px) 100vw, 503px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Posteriormente, ocult\u00f3 la herramienta y sus accesorios entre sus prendas y se dirigi\u00f3 a la caja N\u00b01, donde <strong>abon\u00f3 otros productos con la intenci\u00f3n de no despertar sospechas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Detenci\u00f3n y condena<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A pesar de sus intentos, <strong>la alarma de seguridad se activ\u00f3<\/strong> al cruzar la l\u00ednea de cajas. El personal de vigilancia lo intercept\u00f3 de inmediato, momento en el que Quiroga extrajo el elemento robado de entre sus ropas. Al llegar los efectivos policiales, procedieron a su aprehensi\u00f3n y secuestraron el cutter utilizado en el hecho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Debido a sus antecedentes, el juez interviniente dispuso la <strong>declaraci\u00f3n de reincidencia<\/strong> y orden\u00f3 la continuidad de la <strong>prisi\u00f3n preventiva<\/strong> del imputado.
